This Refund & Return Policy (the "Policy") explains our refund and exchange terms. This Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Please contact us within this period.

1.1 Requirements for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item is in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • No damage, stains, or signs of wear.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2.0 Submit Your Request

To request a return or exchange, email us at support@karmaripple.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return or exchange.

Please do not ship your item to the address printed on the package. After we approve your return request, our customer service team will provide you with the designated return address in Hong Kong (or applicable nearest warehouse location) along with step-by-step instructions by email.

2.1 Preparing Your Return

Pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number for your records. You may choose your preferred carrier unless otherwise instructed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3.1 Exchanges & Fees

If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will be asked to pay the price difference. If the exchange item is lower in price, we will refund the difference after processing.

4. Refund Processing

4.0 Refund Method & Timeline

After we receive and verify your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment processor, additional posting time may apply. Original shipping fees and gift-wrapping or similar services are non-refundable.

4.1 Partial or Declined Refunds

We may issue a partial refund or decline a refund if returned items do not meet the above criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing packaging).

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., sage sticks, candles, soaps)
  • Items marked as final sale or under special promotions

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue store credit for the value of your return once received. Otherwise, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.
