We ship to most countries worldwide. Due to international restrictions, we currently cannot ship to:

  • Yemen
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Sudan
  • Syria

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over US$59.99. For orders below this threshold:

  • Standard Shipping: US$6
  • Express Shipping (FedEx/DHL): starts at US$29.99

Note: Free standard shipping applies to full-priced items. Promotional or free items do not qualify for free shipping.

We also run seasonal promotions that may include free worldwide shipping.

📦 Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (excludes weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen delays).

  • Order Processing: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 6–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 (local warehouse time) begin processing the same day; orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays start on the next business day.

  • Addresses cannot be changed after an order has shipped.

🔍 Order Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email your tracking details. You can also track it via our Order Tracking Page.

📫 Tracking Updates

If your item was handcrafted in Tibet or Nepal, tracking may take 2–5 days to update on international systems.

🏷️ Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, VAT/GST and any customs clearance fees are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout. These charges are collected by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility. If a shipment is refused due to duties/taxes, shipping fees and any return costs may be deducted from the refund.

📮 Address Limitations

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or parcel lockers for express services. Please provide a street address and a reachable phone number to avoid delays.

🚚 Failed Delivery / Address Issues

If a package is returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, delivery refusal or unclaimed parcels, we can reship once the address is corrected; additional shipping charges may apply. Alternatively, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping fee (if any) once the item is received back in sellable condition.

🛠️ Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or missing, contact support@karmaripple.com within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product plus your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

📦 Split Shipments

To deliver your items as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in separate parcels at no extra cost. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel.
